Customer Service Administrator

We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to support customer orders, account maintenance, and the sales team for a growing company in Broomfield, Colorado. This contract position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative work, customer service, order management, and cross-functional support.

The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working with computer systems and spreadsheets, communicates well, and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Look up and manage customer sales orders, including making order adjustments and processing cancellations.

• Review and provide updates on purchase order (PO) status.

• Receive, update, and maintain accurate customer information.

• Maintain customer accounts and ensure billing information is accurate and up to date.

• Provide the sales team with the information needed to communicate order and customer updates.

• Serve as a resource for the sales team regarding order status, customer information, and related administrative needs.

• Work closely with the Supply Chain and Production Scheduling teams to help coordinate customer orders and resolve issues.

• Communicate with customers as needed, while primarily supporting internal sales and operational teams.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation while ensuring attention to detail across customer and order information.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively with sales, supply chain, production, and other internal teams.

• Experience with customer service, order management, administration, or a related role preferred.
