Radiologic Technologist – X-Ray / CT

Location: Berlin, NH
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: $29.32 – $36.65/hour
Relocation Assistance: Up to $7,500

Job Overview

Radiologic Technologist to join its Radiology team in Berlin, New Hampshire. The Radiologic Technologist will operate imaging equipment under the direction of radiologists and supervision of the Director of Radiology, performing diagnostic imaging procedures including X-ray and CT examinations.

The ideal candidate will provide compassionate, patient-centered care while working effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team.

Responsibilities

  • Perform radiographic and CT imaging procedures according to established protocols.
  • Operate computerized tomography equipment to image the head, chest, abdomen, pelvis, spine, and extremities.
  • Provide safe, high-quality care to neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
  • Maintain patient safety, comfort, and privacy throughout imaging procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with radiologists, physicians, nurses, technologists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow hospital policies and procedures.
  • Cross-train in additional imaging modalities as needed.
  • Utilize computer applications and healthcare information systems effectively.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an American Medical Association-approved school of Radiologic Technology.
  • Registered in Radiography – Required.
  • Computed Tomography (CT) certification – Highly preferred.
  • Training and/or experience working with neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients – Required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with computer applications – Required.
  • Meditech experience preferred.
  • Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new software applications.
  • BLS certification – Required.
  • New Hampshire or Compact license must be in hand at the time of submission. Facility will not pend the license.
