Human Resources Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Coordinator to support all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, benefits administration, HRIS management, employee relations, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, possess strong administrative and interpersonal skills, and have experience managing employee records, benefits programs, and HR operations in a fast-paced environment.
Onboarding & Recruitment Support- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for all new hires.
- Prepare and process offer letters, employment paperwork, and new hire documentation.
- Conduct new employee orientation and ensure completion of required training and compliance requirements.
- Verify employment eligibility documentation and maintain I-9 compliance.
- Partner with department managers to support successful integration of new employees.
- Assist with recruiting efforts, including job postings, applicant tracking, and interview scheduling.
- Maintain and administer the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
- Ensure employee records, job changes, compensation updates, and employment status changes are accurately maintained.
- Generate HR reports and workforce analytics for leadership as requested.
- Conduct regular audits of HRIS records to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
- Administer employee benefit programs, including Short-Term Disability (STD), Long-Term Disability (LTD), COBRA, and unemployment claims.
- Coordinate annual open enrollment activities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefit inquiries and education.
- Process benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations.
- Partner with benefit providers, brokers, and third-party administrators to resolve employee issues and claims.
- Maintain complete, accurate, and confidential employee personnel files.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local document retention requirements.
- Organize and manage both digital and physical employee records.
- Process employment verification requests and prepare employment-related documentation as needed.
- Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, company policies, and wage and hour regulations.
- Assist leadership with employee relations matters, investigations, and documentation.
- Support performance management and disciplinary processes.
- Handle sensitive employee and company information with the highest level of confidentiality.
- Provide administrative support to leadership and department managers.
- Maintain HR office supplies, forms, and documentation systems.
- Coordinate employee communications, engagement initiatives, and recognition programs.
- Assist with audits, reporting requirements, and special projects.
- Support overall office and operational administrative needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of Human Resources experience.
- Experience administering employee benefits, including STD, LTD, COBRA, and unemployment claims.
- Experience managing HRIS systems and employee databases.
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
