Custodian

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Custodian to maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment throughout our facility. This individual will be responsible for routine cleaning, sanitation, and light facility upkeep to ensure a positive experience for employees, visitors, and customers.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Clean and maintain offices, restrooms, break rooms, hallways, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust designated areas
• Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed
• Maintain floors through mopping, buffing, and spot cleaning
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management
• Follow established cleaning schedules and safety procedures
• Safely use and maintain cleaning equipment and chemicals
• Assist with room setups, furniture movement, and special cleaning projects when required
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards

Compensation:

$22/hr to $25/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
