In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership to support sophisticated financial planning needs for professionals, families, and institutional clients. This opportunity is ideal for someone who wants meaningful client exposure, hands-on planning experience, and a long-term path toward increased leadership and ownership responsibility.

Associate Wealth Advisor — Fort Worth, TX (76104)

A private wealth management firm serving high-performing professionals, families, and institutions.

This isn't a seat you sit in for a decade. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with a senior advisor on real client work from day one — research, deliverables, planning — on a genuine track to partner. We want someone here to build something.


You bring:

  • CFP with 3+ years of practice experience
  • A track record creating retirement plans, implementing risk mitigation strategies, and managing long-term relationships for mass affluent and high net-worth families
  • Hunger, presence, and a habit of outperforming
  • On site - Fort Worth, TX 76104

• At least 3 years of experience in wealth management, private wealth advising, or financial planning.
• Demonstrated ability to build retirement plans and recommend strategies that address financial risk and long-term wealth objectives.
• Experience supporting or managing relationships with mass affluent and high-net-worth individuals or families.
• Strong understanding of wealth management principles, including investment planning, financial planning, and client service delivery.
• Detail-oriented communication style with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Self-motivated approach with a strong desire to grow within a boutique advisory environment.
• Ability to work on site in Fort Worth, Texas.
