Overview

We are hiring Power Systems Technicians and Field Service Engineers (Entry‐Level through Lead / Management) to support critical infrastructure environments including data centers, utilities, substations, power plants, and industrial facilities. These roles will work hands‐on with low, medium, and high‐voltage power systems, supporting installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical distribution equipment.

Opportunities available for: TRAVELING 70% of the time if not open to travel we have site coordinators

  • Technicians Locations (Hermiston OR, ATL, MD or VA OR PA)
  • Senior Technicians / Leads (2 openings – Jackson, MS)
  • Field Service Engineering Management (Ashburn, VA & Atlanta)

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, commission, and troubleshoot power distribution systems including:
  • UPS systems
  • Switchgear
  • Generators (diesel & gas power)
  • Substations and power plant equipment
  • Perform work on low, medium, and high‐voltage systems
  • Support utility power interfaces and substations
  • Conduct electrical testing, inspections, and preventative maintenance
  • Read and interpret one‐line diagrams, schematics, and electrical drawings
  • Support startup, commissioning, and field service activities at customer sites
  • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control‐related failures
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, PPE, and electrical codes
  • Document service activities, test results, and field reports

(Lead / Management roles additionally:)

  • Provide technical leadership to field technicians
  • Oversee project execution, scheduling, and field resources
  • Act as escalation point for complex electrical issues
  • Interface with customers, utilities, and OEMs (e.g., Siemens)
  • Ensure quality, safety, and operational performance across sites
