BCBA Center Director / Clinical Director - ABA

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced BCBA / Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead an ABA center in Cottonwood Heights. This role combines clinical leadership, staff supervision, family support, and center operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA treatment planning, clinical quality, and client outcomes.
• Supervise and mentor BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and clinical staff.
• Manage caseloads, scheduling, staffing, hiring, and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with BACB standards, Utah regulations, HIPAA, and payer requirements.
• Oversee documentation, authorizations, data collection, and billing.
• Lead staff meetings, training, and professional development.
• Build strong relationships with families and referral sources.
• Support team development and center growth.

Requirements

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Eligible for or currently holding Utah behavior analyst licensure.
• 3–5+ years of ABA experience.
• 1–2+ years of leadership or clinical supervision experience.
• Experience with CentralReach or similar ABA software.
• Knowledge of ABA insurance authorization and billing.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
