Schedule and Hours
Our workdays can sometimes be long and unpredictable. Our office is open Monday through Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm, but the ideal candidate be able to work 40+ hours (including overtime when needed) Must be able to be on call some weekends and work after 5:00pm as needed.

Staffing Recruiter Duties and Responsibilities
- Recruit and source qualified candidates.
- Screen applications and evaluate candidate qualifications to ensure appropriate job placement.
- Conduct candidate interviews and assess skills, experience, and overall fit for available positions.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation throughout the hiring process.
- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding workplace concerns and employment-related matters.
Staffing Recruiter Qualifications and Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook..
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Previous staffing, recruiting, human resources, or related experience preferred.
