Assignment: Temp-to-Hire
Training Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (First Week)

In this hands-on role, you’ll be at the forefront of technology, responsible for:
- Testing electronic assemblies and printed circuit boards (PCBs) to ensure top-notch quality.
- Conducting final product assembly and system-level testing.
- Recording and reporting production and test data with precision.
- Collaborating closely with our talented Production, Quality, Engineering, and Operations teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives by sharing your valuable insights.
You’re detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Skills: Strong manual dexterity and experience with hand tools (screwdrivers, torque drivers, wrenches, tweezers).
- Tech Savvy: Basic computer proficiency with the ability to navigate production software.
- Team Player: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Previous experience in electronics manufacturing, assembly, or testing environments.
- Familiarity with printed circuit boards (PCBs) and manufacturing quality assurance processes.
- A passion for hands-on technical work and a desire to learn.
