We are looking for an experienced Treasury Manager to support a long-term contract engagement in New York, New York. This role will focus on debt and liquidity oversight, lender coordination, and covenant adherence within a complex corporate treasury environment. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in credit facilities, cash management, and treasury analysis, along with advanced Excel skills and the ability to work confidently with banking partners.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee treasury activities related to term debt structures, revolving credit facilities, and multi-tranche borrowing arrangements.
• Monitor leverage metrics and debt service obligations to help maintain financial stability and support funding decisions.
• Track compliance with lending agreements and prepare accurate documentation and reporting tied to debt covenants.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for banks and syndicated lending groups, coordinating communications and responding to information requests.
• Manage cash positioning and broader treasury operations to support daily liquidity needs and strategic financial planning.
• Use treasury management tools, including Kariba, to analyze balances, monitor transactions, and improve visibility into cash and debt activity.
• Build and maintain detailed Excel models, reports, and schedules to support treasury forecasting, compliance review, and debt analysis.
• Partner with internal finance stakeholders to support treasury services, debt repayment planning, and ongoing risk management efforts.• 7+ years of experience in corporate treasury, treasury operations, or a related finance function.
• Demonstrated knowledge of term loans, revolving credit facilities, syndicated banking structures, and tranche-based debt arrangements.
• Strong understanding of debt compliance, covenant monitoring, leverage management, and debt service analysis.
• Experience preparing compliance documentation, reporting packages, and lender-facing treasury materials.
• Proficiency with treasury management systems such as Kariba and advanced capability in Excel.
• Ability to communicate effectively with banking partners and internal stakeholders in a detail-oriented, deadline-driven environment.
• Background in cash management, debt financing, and broader treasury activities within a corporate setting.
