Role Summary
The Senior Digital Product Manager, Account Management, will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of customer login, identity, and account management experiences across multiple digital channels. This highly strategic role sits at the intersection of customer experience, data connectivity, and digital transformation. The successful candidate will drive a unified and intuitive account experience that enables customers to seamlessly manage profiles, preferences, bookings, and personalized interactions throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and execution for customer account management and login experiences across digital platforms.
- Define and deliver features related to account creation, authentication, profile management, customer preferences, and account self-service capabilities.
- Lead initiatives that create seamless experiences across web, booking, and customer account channels.
- Establish and optimize account-to-booking relationships, customer data management, and identity experiences.
- Partner with engineering, UX, analytics, and business stakeholders to define requirements and prioritize product investments.
- Drive alignment across marketing, e-commerce, customer service, CRM, and technology teams to ensure a connected customer journey.
- Evaluate and balance customer experience goals with technical constraints and business requirements.
- Leverage analytics and customer insights to identify opportunities, measure success, and inform product decisions.
- Define and track key performance indicators related to customer engagement, platform adoption, and account experience health.
- Lead the product lifecycle from discovery and requirements gathering through launch, optimization, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of product management experience with ownership of customer-facing digital products
- Experience managing account management, identity, authentication, profile management, or customer platform products
- Strong understanding of customer data flows and systems integration across digital ecosystems
- Proven ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience leading products through Agile development methodologies
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)
- Experience within travel, hospitality, e-commerce, marketplace, or loyalty-driven digital platforms
- Familiarity with identity and authentication technologies, including SSO and customer identity management
- Experience working with customer data platforms, CRM systems, or marketing technology ecosystems
- Knowledge of analytics, experimentation, and reporting tools
- Experience managing products that span multiple customer touchpoints and business functions
- Background supporting premium, luxury, or high-touch customer experiences
- Experience with reservation, booking, itinerary, or customer lifecycle management platforms
- Strong understanding of personalization, customer journey optimization, and digital engagement strategies
