Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a skilled Residential Remodeling Technician to support high-end home renovation projects throughout Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, and Malibu. This individual will work on a variety of residential remodeling projects, helping transform homes through quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and strong construction knowledge.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of residential remodeling experience and be comfortable working in occupied homes and luxury residential environments. This role offers the opportunity to work on custom renovations, interior upgrades, and full home remodeling projects while collaborating with project managers, subcontractors, and homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential remodeling and renovation work on luxury homes
• Assist with demolition, framing, drywall installation, painting, flooring, trim work, and finish carpentry
• Read and interpret project plans and work orders
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to complete projects on schedule
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and client expectations
• Communicate progress, issues, and material needs to supervisors

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of residential home remodeling experience
• Experience with home renovation projects and interior remodels
• Knowledge of general construction methods and techniques
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Reliable transportation to job sites throughout Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, and Malibu
• Ability to lift, carry, and move construction materials as needed
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Finish carpentry experience
• Experience working in luxury residential homes
• Drywall, painting, flooring, or tile installation experience
• Basic plumbing or electrical knowledge
• OSHA certification
• Experience working directly with homeowners and clients
