Location: Onsite Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM Employment Type: Contract/contract Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide support to our Human Resources department. This contract role will assist with daily administrative operations, front office coverage, employee onboarding activities, and general office support functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications. Key Responsibilities Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages. Monitor and restock office and breakroom supplies as needed. Provide receptionist and switchboard coverage during breaks, absences, or as required. Assist with new permanent orientation preparation and setup. Coordinate meeting schedules and calendar appointments. Draft, proofread, and distribute detail oriented email communications. Maintain organized electronic and physical records. Support the HR team with various administrative projects and departmental tasks. Provide general office support to ensure smooth daily operations. Qualifications Previous administrative assistant, office assistant, receptionist, or related experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including: Outlook Calendar Management Word Excel Teams Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. detail oriented demeanor with strong customer service skills. Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities. High attention to detail and dependability. Desired Skills Experience supporting Human Resources or onboarding activities. Experience operating a multi-line phone system or switchboard.
