Community Manager for Active Adult

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Property Manager to oversee two active-adult communities. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to residents, support the Boards of Directors, supervise vendors and contractors, coordinate maintenance and capital projects, prepare for Board meetings, assist with budgets and financial reporting, and ensure compliance with each community’s governing documents.

This position requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and respond professionally to resident and Board concerns. Experience in community association management and working with active-adult communities is strongly preferred.

Salary- $80,000
