Manual Loader-heavy lifter – Night Shift

Location: Nashville, TN
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 5:00 PM – 3:00 AM

Pay: $18.50 per hour

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and physically strong Manual Loader-heavy lifter to join our night shift dock team. This position combines elevated equipment operation with heavy manual loading responsibilities in a fast-paced, high-production warehouse environment.

This is a physically demanding role that requires prior experience, strong picking knowledge, and the ability to perform continuous heavy lifting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick lower-volume or specialty items from rack storage
  • Build and organize pallets based on picked products
  • Load approximately 1,600–2,400 case units per night
  • Manually place cases onto truck floors (no dropping product)
  • Lift up to 65 lbs overhead repeatedly throughout the shift
  • Work at a fast pace in a high-production dock environment
  • Maintain accuracy and productivity standards
  • Follow all safety procedures for elevated equipment and manual loading

Required Experience

  • Warehouse picking and packing experience along with heavy lifting
  • Warehouse picking and packing experience
  • Ability to work in a high-volume distribution environment

Preferred Experience

  • RF scanner experience
  • 2+ years of warehouse experience
  • Experience in high-production dock operations

Physical Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

  • Must be able to lift 65 lbs overhead repeatedly
  • Continuous bending, twisting, and lifting throughout the shift
  • Ability to perform intense physical labor for a full 10-hour shift
  • Comfortable working at heights
