Construction Apprentice

DPD Construction LLC is looking to hire motivated Construction Apprentices to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn the construction trades, work with their hands, and build a long-term career in the industry.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with residential construction and remodeling projects
• Learn framing, roofing, siding, decks, flooring, drywall, trim, and general carpentry
• Assist experienced crew members with daily jobsite tasks
• Load, unload, and organize tools and building materials
• Safely operate hand and power tools as training progresses
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
• Follow instructions and be willing to learn new skills
• Show up on time and ready to work

What We’re Looking For

• No construction experience required — we are willing to train the right person
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Dependable and punctual
• Able to perform physical construction work and work outdoors
• Comfortable working from ladders and at heights
• Able to work well as part of a crew
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
• Construction or trade experience is a plus, but not required
