Equipment Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a reliable, hands-on technician to repair, refurbish, and install gymnastics equipment at gymnastics gyms. This role combines mechanical skill, project management, and client communication. If you love working with tools and seeing a project through from start to finish, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
Equipment Repair: Refurbish and fix gymnastics equipment to ensure it's working properly.
On-Site Installation: Transport and install heavy equipment to gymnastics facilities.
Client Relations: Interact professionally with gym owners and coaches to discuss project needs.
Project Management: Manage your daily schedule and track project timelines independently.
Teamwork: Collaborate closely with other crew members on small and large-scale gym builds.
Qualifications & Skills
Tool Proficiency: Skilled in using standard hand tools and power tools.
Trainable Attitude: Willingness to learn specialized gymnastics equipment mechanics if inexperienced.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy equipment and work on your feet.
Communication: Clear verbal skills for talking with team members and clients.
Valid Driver’s License: Required for traveling to local gym installation sites.
**Must be able to pass a Safe Sport background check and certification.**
