Senior Litigation Paralegal

Responsibilities:

- Draft, proof, and manage legal documents, correspondence, filings, and billing entries with high accuracy

- Provide full-cycle civil litigation support including discovery, depositions, motions, and trial prep

- Conduct legal and factual research

- Manage production and ESI including organization, review, and indexing of records

- Draft discovery, subpoenas, and other legal documents

- Maintain client systems and ensure compliance with procedures

- Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and support teams while maintaining confidentiality and anticipating needs

Qualifications:

- 8+ years of civil litigation experience (4 or more years of labor & employment)

- Strong knowledge of federal and state court rules, discovery, and litigation processes

- ABA-accredited Paralegal Certification

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
