Lanco Seal is growing, and we're looking for a dependable, hardworking Asphalt Maintenance Technician to join our Sealcoating & Asphalt Repair team.
We're not just looking for someone who can work a squeegee, fill cracks, or repair asphalt. What You'll Do:
As an Asphalt Maintenance Technician, you'll work as part of a field crew providing professional residential and commercial asphalt maintenance services throughout Lancaster County and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities may include:
- Professional driveway and parking lot sealcoating
- Crack cleaning and crack filling
- Asphalt and pothole repairs
- Edging, trimming, power brooming, blowing, and surface preparation
- Oil-spot treatment and other pavement preparation
- Loading, unloading, cleaning, and maintaining equipment
- Setting up professional jobsite signage and safety barriers
- Protecting garages, sidewalks, landscaping, buildings, curbs, and surrounding property
- Maintaining a clean, organized truck and jobsite
- Taking before-and-after jobsite photographs
- Performing final quality-control checks
- Providing a professional, courteous experience for every customer
- Helping the crew efficiently move from one project to the next
Who We're Looking For
Experience in sealcoating, asphalt repair, paving, landscaping, construction, or another outdoor trade is preferred — but character, reliability, and work ethic matter tremendously to us.
We're looking for someone who:

- Represents the Lanco Seal brand professionally on every job
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are strongly preferred.

Schedule
Our normal Field Operations Hours are Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 AM–6:00 PM.
Because sealcoating and asphalt maintenance are weather-dependent, actual schedules can change based on rain, temperature, project requirements, daylight, and seasonal demand. Some early mornings, later days, and occasional Saturdays may be necessary.
Flexibility is an important part of working in this industry.
