Talent Acquisition Specialist III

Hybrid | 4 Days Onsite, 1 Day Remote | 9-Month Contract

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate and retail positions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sourcing, interviewing, and building talent pipelines, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance
• Source active and passive candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, social media, and recruiting events
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and recommend qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and relationships with candidates and community organizations
• Prepare job offers, coordinate background checks, and maintain recruiting activity in the ATS

Requirements:

• 5–7+ years of recruiting or sales experience
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting and candidate sourcing
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Corporate recruiting or financial services recruiting experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma/GED required
