We are looking for dependable, energetic, and customer-focused team members to join our fast-paced restaurant.

POSITIONS AVAILABLE:

STORE MANAGER — FULL-TIME

Responsibilities include:

• Managing daily restaurant operations
• Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising employees
• Maintaining excellent food quality, cleanliness, and customer service
• Controlling food and labor costs
• Monitoring inventory and placing supply orders
• Increasing sales through suggestive selling, promotions, and excellent service
• Handling customer concerns professionally
• Ensuring food-safety and company standards are followed
• Opening and closing the restaurant and handling cash deposits

Qualifications:

• Restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to motivate employees and improve performance
• Understanding of food costs, labor control, inventory, and sales
• Reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

GRILL & FRYER TEAM MEMBERS — FULL-TIME & PART-TIME

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing chicken, sandwiches, wings, fries, and other menu items
• Safely operating grills, fryers, and kitchen equipment
• Following recipes, portion sizes, cooking times, and food-safety procedures
• Keeping the kitchen, equipment, and workstations clean and organized
• Completing food preparation and restocking supplies
• Working quickly and accurately during busy hours
• Supporting the front-counter team when needed
• Helping increase sales through fast service, consistent food quality, and teamwork

Qualifications:

• Grill, fryer, or fast-food experience is preferred, but training is available
• Must be dependable, punctual, and ready to work
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work around heat
• Must communicate well and work effectively as part of a team
• Flexible availability for morning, daytime, evening, late-night, and weekend shifts
