Our Las Vegas based Commercial Contracting firm is currently seeking a Construction Project Superintendent to oversee, manage and direct all on-site duties regarding a project here in the valley. The right applicant would have experience in any of the following fields: ground up commercial construction, commercial (TI) remodeling, restaurant build outs, and/or public works. Regardless of specific experience, all applicants should be versed in management, supervision, and high levels of quality control. This is a full-time salaried position including benefits.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage, coordinate, and oversee all construction work from start to finish of project.
  • Directly manage a variety of subcontractors, coordinating their work flow for efficient project completion
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site in compliance with OSHA regulations
  • Maintain positive relations with onsite owners and managers


Qualifications & Skills

• Experience as a Project Superintendent in the construction industry
• Proficiency with computers, windows operating systems, and ability to learn new computer software as needed
• Strong interpersonal skills in working with clients, subcontractors and the public
• Organization, initiative, and motivation to learn on the job as needed

Work Environment & Job Conditions:

This position requires frequent walking, standing, bending, and reaching. He/she must be able to navigate the jobsite and must comply with all Company safety requirements in the office and on the jobsite. Heavy equipment may be used, and he/she needs to be able to lift weighty objects. Company performs work in NV, UT, AZ, and CA, and a willingness to travel to different job location, both in and out of state, is a requirement of our all employees.
