Structural Steel Estimator/Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Structural Steel Estimator/Project Manager to join our team. Duties

• Review and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to accurately estimate material requirements and labor costs for structural steel projects.
• Utilize estimating software to prepare detailed bids, proposals, and cost analyses that reflect project scope and client expectations.
• Oversee the Detailing and coordination phase of the project with customer and detailer.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams through clear communication to negotiate pricing, resolve issues, and ensure alignment on project goals.
• Oversee the procurement of materials by estimating quantities accurately using blueprint reading skills and managing material cost estimating processes.
• Monitor construction site activities to ensure adherence to safety standards, project schedules, and budget constraints while reviewing construction drawings for accuracy.
• Use construction management software to schedule tasks, track progress, generate reports, and facilitate seamless project execution from start to finish.
