Banquet Server

The Club at Hillbrook is seeking courteous, professional Banquet Servers to join our team. In this role, you will help create exceptional experiences for our members and guests by assisting with special events, banquets, and private functions.

Banquet Servers are responsible for greeting guests, serving food and beverages, assisting with event setup and breakdown, and ensuring that each guest receives attentive and professional service. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and able to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the complete setup and breakdown of banquet and event spaces.
• Serve food and beverages to guests during events and functions.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout service.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide exceptional customer service.
• Communicate important information such as allergies and special requests to the appropriate staff.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest questions or concerns.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced event environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Schedule

• Part-Time
• Must be available primarily on weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
• Some holiday and occasional weekday availability preferred
