Well-established, growing Independent Insurance Agency in Hollywood, Florida, seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team.
Candidate will have a Florida 4-40 or 220 license, with strong knowledge of personal lines insurance and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
* Manage a book of personal lines insurance accounts
* Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and companies
* Provide exceptional service to existing clients and build strong client relationships
* Review policies and coverages with clients and identify potential coverage needs
* Handle policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and certificates
* Process new business applications and billing.
