Office Assistant: temporary, 3 1/2 months

The work is very simple and can be done remotely and on your schedule.

You will mainly provide mass messaging on LinkedIn. Occasional content posting, and simple design tasks.

Perfect for you to make extra money, while balancing other life responsibilities.

Most of the work is very, very simple. But accuracy and having a high level of maturity and attention to detail is extremely important. You can have Spotify in the background on while doing most of it!

Main role will be to send out bulk quantities of individual pre-written messages to a large group of my LinkedIn connections.

Generally speaking, the work can be done at any time, as long as all work is done within the week it is assigned.

It is also totally remote, aside from our initial meeting which is in person.

The assistant will occasionally create LinkedIn posts and PowerPoint slides, utilizing design tools such as Canva. This, however, is not the main part of the job.

You will work individually. Travel will be necessary to Newport, RI only for our initial meeting in person.

Responsibilities

• Send large quantities of previously prepared LinkedIn messages to a specific list of connections. This is the main part of the job.
• Create simple LinkedIn posts on an occasional basis
• Design simple PowerPoint slides and social media visuals using Canva or similar tools on an occasional basis.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 8+ years of office/administrative experience
• Attention to detail, maturity

Preferred Qualifications

• Social media experience
• Knowledge of LinkedIn
• Knowledge of Canva or similar software
