We are seeking a Mental Health Psychotherapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD) or Pre-licensed counselor/social worker to join our team! You will provide mental health counseling to children, adolescents, adults, and families in a group practice setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide counseling to children, adolescents, and adults in person and through Telehealth
  • Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues
  • Implement and review treatment plans
  • Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner

Qualifications:

  • Clinical Level License in Virginia or Pre-licensed clinician
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong leadership qualities
