LPN RN

Seville Care is urgently seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) or Registered Nurses (RN) for day and night 12-hour shifts. This role involves working as part of a nursing team with some supervisory responsibilities, delivering compassionate care to patients in a dynamic healthcare environment. Starting pay varies based on license and experience, with new graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support
• Administer medications accurately and safely
• Monitor and record vital signs regularly
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation
• Participate in care planning and patient education
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members
• Conduct thorough shift handovers to ensure continuity of care
• Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies
• Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level nursing experience preferred
• Active LPN or RN license
• Proficiency in patient care, vital signs monitoring, and medication administration
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
• Strong critical thinking and time management skills
• Ability to work well within a team setting
