Sit-Down Forklift Lead - 1st & 2nd Shift

We are currently hiring 2 experienced Sit-Down Forklift Leads for a busy logistics operation. We are looking for dependable, experienced candidates who are comfortable working in both inbound and outbound warehouse operations and can help keep daily operations running efficiently.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently
• Load and unload trucks and trailers
• Move, stage, and organize pallets throughout the warehouse
• Assist with inbound receiving and outbound shipping
• Verify products, quantities, and shipment information
• Help maintain an organized and safe warehouse environment
• Support daily workflow and assist other warehouse associates as needed
• Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding incoming and outgoing shipments
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies

Requirements

• Previous experience working in the logistics, distribution, or warehouse industry
• Previous sit-down forklift experience required
• Forklift Certification a plus but not necessary with experience
• Experience with both inbound and outbound operations
• Bilingual Spanish/English required
• Previous lead or leadership experience preferred
• Must be dependable and have a strong attendance record
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Must be comfortable loading, unloading, staging, and moving freight

Available Shifts

1st Shift Forklift Lead

Schedule: Sunday–Thursday
Hours: 12:00 PM–8:00 PM
Days Off: Friday & Saturday

2nd Shift Forklift Lead

Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday
Hours: 3:30 PM–12:00 AM
Days Off: Sunday & Monday

Pay

Starting at $18.00 per hour
