Maintenance Technician

IMMEDIATE HELP NEEDED!!
We are seeking a maintenance technician on a full-time basis. The base rate starts at $24 per hour depending on experience. Work hours are generally between 8:00am to 5:00pm. This job involves cleaning dryer vents and chimneys at apartment communities. All tools will be provided and training will be done onsite.
-Comfortable working on ladder, 10ft-40ft
-Must have reliable transportation for traveling to and from warehouse each day (warehouse is located near Santa Clara County Fairgrounds)
-Driving record and background check is required (drive company vehicle to job sites)
-Must be willing to work with others in a teamwork environment as well as work independently
-English and Spanish acceptable
-Must be a problem solver
-Good communication is key to this position
-Saturday and OT work option varies
