Pompano Beach, FL Collection law firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• At least 3 years of civil litigation experience.

• Meaningful attorney review of all legal pleadings and knowledge of FDCPA is a plus • Assist with all phases of litigation and case management

• Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials

• Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members

• Ensure compliance with legal standards and ethical requirements

Salary is based on experience.

Medical/Dental/Vision/401k offered.

This is an on-site position. Hybrid/Remote work is not available.
