Residential Remodeling Carpenter

We are on the search for a DETAIL ORIENTED PROFESSIONAL REMODELING CARPENTER that is familiar with working in a residential setting. Work alongside other tradespeople to deliver high quality results. Work where planning, organization and attention to detail are rewarded.

• Full Time or Part Time
• Start Time 8am M-F
• Flexible Scheduling
• Compensation range $23-27 per hr
• W2 Employee
• PTO

Responsibilities

• Job start up and close up
• Selective Demolition
• Wood Framing
• Finish Carpentry
• Exterior Trim and Siding
• Tile Setting
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Carpenter for 5+ years
• Strong skills in measuring, cutting, assembly and installation techniques
• Ability to work at heights; on roofs, scaffolding and ladders
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate necessary tools safely.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
