Interim HR Generalist / HR Manager (12-Week Contract) | Stow, OH

We're partnering with a manufacturing client in Stow, Ohio, to identify an experienced HR Generalist/HR Manager for a 12-week leave coverage assignment beginning in September.

This is a standalone HR role supporting approximately 50 employees in a unionized manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with ADP payroll processing, employee relations, union environments, workers' compensation, and HR compliance. Payroll management is the top priority for this assignment.

• At least 5 years of hands-on human resources experience, including broad HR generalist responsibilities.
• Demonstrated success processing payroll independently; experience with ADP is strongly preferred.
• Strong Excel skills with the ability to organize data, build reports, and manage HR-related tracking.
• Prior experience supporting HR functions within a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of union workforce practices and employee relations in a labor environment.
• Familiarity with workers’ compensation administration and safety-related HR responsibilities.
• Ability to work fully onsite in Stow, Ohio for the full duration of this Contract assignment.
• Must be able to complete required pre-employment screening, including screening requirements that all candidates are expected to complete.
