Press Brake Operator
Job Description
We are looking for a Press Brake Operator for a growing fabrication and manufacturing company in Miamisburg, OH. This role will support production operations and help ensure materials move efficiently through the fabrication process.
Job Logistics:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday
- Occasional overtime + rare Saturdays
- Location: Onsite
- Work Model: Full-time
Day to Day:
- Operate and set up press brake machines
- Read blueprints and shop drawings
- Perform tooling changes
- Adjust programs and machine settings
- Inspect finished parts for quality
- Troubleshoot production issues
- Support fabrication workflows
Requirements:
- Press brake experience
- Blueprint reading
- Machine setup experience
- Fabrication background
Plusses:
- Programming experience
- CNC fabrication exposure
- Laser or punch press experience
- OSHA or forklift certification
Compensation: $23/hr - $29/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
