We're currently hiring for:
- Driver Helpers (1st Shift) - $20.00/hr.
- Construction Laborers - $20.00/hr
- Light Equipment Operators (Rotating Schedules) 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am - $17.50/hr.+$20.50
What We're Looking For
We're seeking individuals who are:
- Mechanically inclined with troubleshooting ability
- Experienced in machine operation (preferred)
- Comfortable with tools, measurements, and basic math
- Able to read a ruler and follow detailed instructions
- Backgrounds in automotive, carpentry, or hands-on trades are a plus
- Warehouse experience is a must (RF scanners, picking/packing, etc.)
- Stand-up forklift experience is a plus (not required)
- Comfortable working at heights when needed
Construction Laborers - What You'll Do
- Demo Work
- Build Decks
- Hang lights
- Trim Work
- Cabinet Installation
- Trainable if you bring a strong work history, dependability and positive attitude
Equipment Operator Role - What You'll Do
- Operate and set up light production/printing equipment
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting
- Monitor quality and make precise adjustments
- Cross-train in multiple departments
- Assist with workflow coordination and team support
Schedules Available
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Mon-Fri) Driver Helpers
- 1st 7:30am-4:00pm - Construction
- Rotating 3x12 Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 6:00PM - 6:00AM (includes every other weekend)
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50-60 lbs. regularly
- Stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout shift
- Work in a fast-paced, physical environment
- Comfortable around machinery and varying noise levels
