We’re looking for experienced Kettle Cooks to join a local food manufacturing team! If you have kitchen or cooking experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment, we want to hear from you! ️‍️‍

JOB DUTIES:

'05; Cook soups, sauces, and entrees according to standardized recipes
'05; Operate cooking kettles and maintain consistent batch quality
'05; Monitor and document CCPs throughout the cooking process
'05; Prepare ingredients and set up workstations
'05; Follow GMPs and food safety procedures
'05; Perform quality checks and maintain batch consistency
'05; Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and work areas
'05; Communicate with kitchen leads and team members to keep production moving

⭐ QUALIFICATIONS:

'14;️ Previous kitchen/cooking experience required
'14;️ Ability to follow recipes and food safety procedures
'14;️ Comfortable working in a fast-paced food production environment
'14;️ Strong attention to detail
'14;️ Ability to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly
'14;️ Ability to stand for extended periods

PAY RANGE:

Kettle Cook 1: $19–$20/hr
'A1;️ Up to 1 year experience; basic cooking & kettle operation knowledge

Kettle Cook 2: $20–$21/hr
'A1;️ 1–3 years experience; able to cook independently and troubleshoot batches

Kettle Cook 3: $21-22/hr DOE
'A1;️ 3+ years experience; advanced kettle operations, quality control, and ability to independently manage multiple kettles
