Plumbing Supervisor

The Plumbing Supervisor oversees small teams of 3-5 members to ensure efficient and high-quality plumbing project execution. This role involves planning, supervising, and managing plumbing operations while maintaining strict safety and quality standards. The supervisor acts as a key liaison between the team and management to meet project goals within budget and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide small plumbing teams (3-5 members)
• Create Estimates for Smaller projects
• Plan and coordinate project activities and schedules
• Ensure quality control of all plumbing workmanship
• Manage safety protocols and compliance on job sites
• Create and maintain project schedules
• Oversee budget and material usage for projects
• Conduct training sessions for team members
• Perform inspections to verify standards and specifications
• Manage procurement and inventory of plumbing materials

Preferred Qualifications

• 10 years of plumbing experience
• Associate degree in Plumbing Technology or related field
• Plumbing Contractor License
• Experience Estimating
• Expertise in plumbing systems and installations
• Strong team leadership and project management skills
• Proficient in blueprint reading
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
