Aquawave Express Carwash is looking for a motivated, dependable, and team-oriented Team Leader / Shift Manager to join our growing team in Belmont, NC.

This is a full-time leadership position for someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent customer service, and helping a team operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Position Responsibilities

• Lead and support team members throughout daily shifts
• Help manage daily car wash operations and keep the property running efficiently
• Open and close the facility as needed
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with customer questions or concerns
• Handle customer complaints professionally and work toward positive resolutions
• Monitor wash quality and ensure customers receive a great experience
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility
• Monitor equipment and communicate maintenance or operational issues
• Follow and enforce company safety and operational procedures
• Train, coach, and motivate team members
• Lead by example and help maintain a positive team environment
• Assist management with daily operational tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Previous leadership, supervisor, or management experience preferred
• Car wash experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Dependable and punctual
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Must be able to work as part of a team and lead by example
