We are seeking a reliable and motivated Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong driving skills, the ability to navigate various routes, and a commitment to maintaining safety standards. The ability to lead is essential and problem solving skills are necessary. This job provides lots of freedom and fun experiences while also challenging and testing your skills regularly. Duties & Responsibilities

• Drivers must be 21 years old
• Operate company vehicles, including vans and trucks, to transport goods to designated locations.
• Ensure timely delivery of products while adhering to scheduled routes.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and compliance.
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods, including heavy lifting as necessary.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns from clients.
• Navigate using GPS systems or maps to find the most efficient routes.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations and timely dispatch of shipments.
• Positive energy and attention to details are a must
• Safely move, pack, and unpack customers belongings
• Be On time, Work safe, be careful, have fun, hustle, and be efficient!

• PAID TO TRAVEL - As a moving and delivery company we get lots of opportunities travel. We deliver all over Iowa and often have Long distance moves (OPTIONAL)
• Starting Pay: $16 per hour +tips
• Ability to earn TIPS daily

Experience

• Previous experience as a Driver or in a related role is preferred.
• Familiarity with route driving and delivery processes is advantageous.
• Experience in customer service will enhance interactions during deliveries.
• Background in warehouse operations or moving services is beneficial.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently.
