The apartment community is an affordable, 160-unit apartment community IN BUSHWICK, with a free two-bedroom apartment. This is a Union position. S12 and S13 preferred. On-call required.

Qualifications for this position include:
- 3-4+ years of experience in the maintenance field
- Multifamily housing experience preferred
- Make Ready
- Plumbing, Electrical, Tile, Carpentry
- Apartment turns / Work orders
