Medical Assistant
Job Description
Experienced Medical Assistant with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Medical Field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach medical assisting courses in classroom and lab settings.
- Demonstrate clinical skills such as vital signs, phlebotomy, EKG, and infection control.
- Instruct students in administrative procedures, medical terminology, and electronic health records.
- Assess student learning and provide feedback.
- Maintain attendance, grades, and student records.
- Participate in curriculum development and faculty activities.
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3 years of recent clinical experience.
- Previous teaching or training experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
