Field Operations Area Supervisor
Well-established fire protection contracting company in the Anaheim area has immediate opening for a full-time, hardworking field supervisor.
Position Overview & Expectations:
The Field Supervisor position is a fast-paced, highly important position that requires exceptional organizational skills, detailed communication ability, and leadership experience.in the residential construction industry. Must be able to prioritize multiple tasks and requests within their workday to meet deadlines.
The Field Supervisor must work effectively with other managers / supervisors (be a team player), and juggle projects efficiently; work independently taking initiative, using sound judgment and reasoning to complete tasks quickly and successfully.
Key Contributions:
· Contribute to the effectiveness of the company’s reputation of completing projects on time and under budget.
· Supervise a team of lead-persons, installers, and service technicians on a daily basis and ensure adherence to all safety policies and company procedures.
· Maintain a professional working relationship with building/fire inspectors, and customers, including scheduling, service needs, etc.
· Support to executives and department managers with proper documentation, option coordination, change orders & purchase order follow up.
· Daily client verbal and written communication, correspondences, reports and follow up when directed.
· Hiring, training, and discipline of technicians and installers as needed to complete projects.
· Any office organization, office design, office interior change and any job duties and projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
· Previous experience in employee supervision is required.
· Three (3) years’ experience in residential construction industry is required.
· Knowledge and understanding of NFPA codes & standards, certification / enrollment in the California OSFM sprinkler fitter program, and reading residential fire sprinkler plans a must.
· A clean California DMV driving record acceptable to our auto insurance carrier.
· Familiarity of electronic devices and software: Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
· Bilingual in English & Spanish a plus.
Compensation, Benefits & Hours:
· Salary range is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on level of experience.

Residential Fire Systems Inc. is a subcontractor to the residential construction industry that designs, engineers, & installs fire sprinkler systems and fire alarm systems. We design & install these systems in Single Family Residential Tracts, in Multi-Family condominiums and apartments, and in Custom homes in the 6 counties of Southern California: Ventura, Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Riverside, Orange, and San Diego.
