This is a full-time on-site role for a Decorative Garments Printing and Embroidery Production Associate located in Irvine, CA. The Production Associate will be responsible for assisting in production lines, operating machines, and ensuring quality control. Day-to-day tasks include setting up equipment, monitoring production processes, and adapting to various production needs. The role requires close collaboration with team members to ensure efficient and high-quality outputs.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in garment decorative printing and/or embroidery
- Skills in Production and working on Production Lines
- Prior Experience with Machine Operation and Quality Control
- Quick learner and easily adaptable to different tasks and production needs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Can do physical work in shop environment
- Authorized to work in the US
