The Administrative Chemical Dependency Manager is responsible for the operational oversight, compliance management, and performance monitoring of the organization’s substance use disorder (SUD) programs. This role ensures that services are delivered in accordance with state, federal, and payer regulations while supporting quality improvement, staff supervision, and program efficiency.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Overview :

  • Program Oversight to oversee daily operations of substance use treatment services.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance to ensure adherence to state behavioral health regulations and Medicaid guidelines.
  • Staff Supervision & Leadership to monitor staff productivity and documentation timeliness.
  • Financial & Operational Management to collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning.
  • Collaboration to serve as liaison between administrative and clinical teams.
