Manufacturing Associates - 2nd Shift

Location: Round Rock, TX
Schedule: 3:30PM - 12:0AM, Monday–Friday
Pay: $18–$22/hr DOE

Job Description

A manufacturing company in Round Rock is seeking dependable Manufacturing Associates to join their production team. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work and are comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and prepare precision components and products according to specifications.
• Operate basic manufacturing equipment and hand tools.
• Follow detailed work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality.
• Measure and verify parts using basic measuring tools.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Safely handle materials and components throughout the production process.
• Work efficiently while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
• Perform other general production duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good hand dexterity and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull materials as required.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable wearing required PPE and working in a controlled manufacturing environment.
