What You Will Do:
- Research and evaluate upcoming project opportunities through industry reporting sources
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and competitive bid proposals by reviewing project plans, specifications, and blueprints
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective customers to drive new business opportunities
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and project stakeholders to develop project estimates and address project-related challenges
- Organize project schedules, workforce planning, budgets, and resource allocation to support successful project delivery
What You Will Need to Be Successful:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of two years of construction industry experience required
