Salesforce Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for Salesforce/CRM initiatives.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business processes, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, functional requirements, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements, automation, and system enhancements.
• Partner with Salesforce administrators, developers, and technical teams throughout solution design and implementation.
• Support Salesforce configuration, enhancements, integrations, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Facilitate requirements meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, requirements, and training materials.
• Identify and resolve gaps between business requirements and Salesforce functionality.
• Support change management and end-user adoption of Salesforce solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of Salesforce/CRM Business Analysis experience.
• 3+ years of Business Process and Requirements Analysis experience.
• Strong experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements.
• Experience translating business needs into functional requirements and user stories.
• Strong understanding of process mapping, process improvement, and workflow analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
• Experience supporting testing, UAT, and implementation activities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the homebuilding, construction, building products, or related industry.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM implementations, enhancements, or integrations.
• Salesforce certification is a plus.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
