Director of Client and Client Services

The Director of Client & Clinical Services will provide clinical and administrative supervision to Wellness clinicians & interns, and will oversee referrals and assignment of clients, coordinate resource linkages, and perform administrative tasks related to daily program operations for the overall Wellness Department. In collaboration with the Division Director of Client & Clinical Services, the Director of Client & Clinical Services will provide clinical consultation to program staff and Leadership to deepen staff use of best practices, including utilizing strengths-based approaches, Trauma-Informed Care, Harm Reduction, and Restorative Practices to address mental health and/or substance use challenges when serving unhoused and/or marginally housed Transitional Age Youth (TAY).

Qualifications:

• CA LCSW or MFT, 2+ years post licensure and eligible to provide clinical supervision.
• 2 years macro/ supervisory experience
• Experience providing consultation and support to staff, including preferably leading trainings on a range of mental health, substance use, and harm reduction topics.
• Experience providing individual and group therapy, and psychoeducational groups with TAY, homeless and/or marginally housed individuals living with mental health and/or substance use challenges, and effectively utilizing crisis intervention and de-escalation skills, harm reduction strategies and motivational interviewing, and working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams.
