Front Desk/Client Service Team

As part of The Picklr Bozeman Front Desk Team, client service is paramount. Some of your main responsibilities include: meet and greet our club members as they enter the facility (by name), working with our POS play-by point system (comfortable with imacs and managing our software technology will be important), help members navigate our Picklr and other phone apps, answer all their questions and concerns, product knowledge to sell pickleball paddles, clothing and other items from our adjacent pro shop. Other duties will include: court and facility maintenance, event hosting and anything else to help make our club run smoothly. Sales experience is a big plus.
