We are seeking an experienced Tax Director to join our leadership team in our Westerville office. What You'll Do

• Lead tax planning, compliance, and advisory services for a diverse client base.
• Review individual, partnership, S corporation, C corporation, trust, and estate tax returns.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business owners and high-net-worth individuals.
• Develop and strengthen long-term client relationships.
• Identify tax-saving strategies and value-added consulting opportunities.
• Mentor and develop managers, senior accountants, and staff.
• Participate in firm leadership, strategic planning, and business development initiatives.
• Contribute to the firm's long-term growth and succession plans.

Qualifications

• CPA license required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive public accounting tax experience.
• Strong expertise in partnerships, pass-through entities, and closely held businesses.
• Proven leadership and client relationship management skills.
• Experience reviewing complex tax returns and managing multiple engagements.
• Demonstrated business development or practice growth experience is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in future firm ownership.
